1. What Outbound is
Outbound lets you write to a person you name and give a face to. What you write is kept on your device and shown back to you as a conversation with one side.
Nothing is sent. Outbound does not deliver, transmit, publish or forward what you write — not to the person you name, not to anyone else, and not to us. There are no replies of any kind, and no artificial intelligence writes, reads or suggests anything on anyone's behalf.
Outbound is not a health service. It is not counselling, therapy, medical advice, or treatment for any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or a local support line.
2. Your responsibility for what you enter
You choose the name, the photo and the words. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you add, and for what you write. You agree not to use Outbound to create content that is unlawful. Because your content never leaves your device, we cannot review, moderate, or remove it.
3. Purchase
Writing to one person is free. A single purchase opens up to ten people. The price is shown in the app before you confirm anything.
- This is not a subscription. It is charged once and does not renew.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The purchase is tied to your store account. You can restore it on another device from within the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Nothing is delivered
Outbound has no messaging function. What you write is never delivered to the person you named, to any other person, to us, or to any third party. Nothing is queued for later sending, and there is no way to send it.
What you write cannot be undone one line at a time. You can delete a person, which removes everything written to them, but an individual line cannot be taken back.
5. Your data
Your content is stored only on your device. We do not have copies. If you lose your device, delete the app, or clear its data, your content cannot be recovered. Please see the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and the message packs supplied with it belong to Grida. You may use the app for your own writing. Text you write yourself remains yours.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any part of it. If a feature you paid for is discontinued, you may request a refund from Apple or Google under their policies.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Outbound is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grida is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any emotional distress arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

이용약관
1. Outbound가 무엇인가
Outbound는 이름과 얼굴을 붙인 사람에게 글을 쓰는 앱입니다. 쓰신 글은 기기 안에 남고, 한쪽만 있는 대화창으로 다시 보여 드립니다.
아무 데도 가지 않습니다. Outbound는 쓰신 글을 전달·전송·게시하지 않습니다 — 이름을 적으신 그 사람에게도, 다른 누구에게도, 저희에게도요. 어떤 종류의 답장도 없으며, AI가 누군가를 대신해 글을 쓰거나 읽거나 제안하지 않습니다.
Outbound는 의료·상담 서비스가 아닙니다. 상담, 심리치료, 의학적 조언, 질환의 치료가 아니며 전문적인 도움을 대체하지 않습니다. 힘든 상황이라면 전문가 또는 지역 상담 기관에 연락해 주세요.
2. 입력한 내용에 대한 책임
이름·사진·글은 이용자가 선택합니다. 추가하는 사진을 사용할 권리가 있는지, 작성하는 내용이 적법한지에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 위법한 내용을 만드는 데 사용하지 않기로 합니다. 이용자의 콘텐츠는 기기를 떠나지 않으므로 저희는 이를 검토·관리·삭제할 수 없습니다.
3. 구매
한 사람에게 쓰는 것은 무료입니다. 한 번 구매하시면 열 사람까지 열립니다. 가격은 확정 전에 앱에서 안내됩니다.
- 구독이 아닙니다. 한 번만 청구되고 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 결제는 구매 확정 시 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다.
- 구매는 스토어 계정에 귀속됩니다. 다른 기기에서는 앱 안에서 복원하실 수 있습니다.
- 환불은 Apple 또는 Google의 정책에 따라 처리되며, 저희가 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.
4. 전달되지 않습니다
Outbound에는 메시지 전송 기능이 없습니다. 쓰신 글은 이름을 적으신 그 사람에게도, 다른 사람에게도, 저희에게도, 어떤 제3자에게도 전달되지 않습니다. 나중에 보내려고 대기시키지도 않으며, 보낼 방법 자체가 없습니다.
쓰신 글은 한 줄씩 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 사람을 지우면 그에게 쓴 글이 함께 사라지지만, 한 마디만 주워 담을 수는 없습니다.
5. 이용자의 데이터
콘텐츠는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 저희는 사본을 보유하지 않습니다. 기기를 분실하거나 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 지우면 복구할 수 없습니다. 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
6. 지식재산권
앱과 디자인은 그리다(Grida)에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 앱 안에서 이용하실 수 있습니다. 직접 작성한 문장은 이용자의 것입니다.
7. 변경과 제공 중단
앱 또는 그 일부를 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 구매하신 기능이 중단되는 경우 스토어의 환불 정책에 따라 Apple 또는 Google에 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다.
8. 보증의 부인과 책임 제한
Outbound는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 그리다(Grida)는 간접·결과적 손해 및 앱 이용으로 인한 정신적 고통에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임과 소비자로서의 법정 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
9. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국의 법률에 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행적 소비자보호법에 따른 보호를 박탈하지 않습니다.
